I am a health and fitness coach with more than a decade of experience working in the health and fitness industry. I moved to Portland in 1999 from Michigan, and literally jumped on the bandwagon to pursue dreams of bigger, better and different. For me, this meant doing what I love professionally in health, fitness, strength and conditioning.
As a coach, I specialize in human performance and fitness life-styling, and offer a highly personalized and holistic approach. I believe that living a fitness lifestyle is about adopting nutritious movement practices that suit an individual’s reasons to be fit. My training system is elaborate and centers around eliminating pain, removing imbalances and restoring movement to help an individual live better today and tomorrow. I emphasize strength training, conditioning, mobility and flexibility training, and corrective exercise with creative application.
